Luweero — State minister for Higher Education John Chrysostom Muyingo has urged able residents and students to come to the aid of the elderly and less privileged people in society.
"Bamunanika County should be a model constituency where residents take responsibility for the elderly and less privileged groups. We need to train our children to be caring by urging them to be part of the charity programmes in our constituency," Dr Muyingo told Ssekamuli parish residents at the launch of Muyingo Charitable Foundation in Luweero District early this week.
