President Yoweri Museveni has agreed to the plans by the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) to train Ugandans in the aviation sector.
The President who was speaking during a meeting with visiting Irish aviation officials at Kyankwanzi State Lodge yesterday observed that the training would help Ugandans acquire knowledge and expertise in the aviation sector. "I welcome the interest by the Irish Aviation Authority. Uganda loses over US$420 million a year to other airlines," he said.
