Rwanda: This Year's Umuganura to Recognise Culture As the Cornerstone of Development

On Friday 5 August, Rwandans nationwide will celebrate the Annual National Harvest day, locally known as Umuganura. This year's celebrations were combined with the Pan-African Dance Festival, FESPAD.

Themed "Culture, the cornerstone of development," Umuganura festivities will be held at the ancient Rwanda's royal residence in Nyanza District, Southern Province.
