East Africa: IGAD Summit Begins Sessions in Addis Ababa With the Participation of President Al-Bashir

Addis Ababa — The Summit of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) kicked off this evening at the Conference Hall of the Sheraton Hotel in Addis Ababa with the participation of President of the Republic Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir and Heads of States of Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Somalia and Djibouti.

SUNA is to inform that the summit will discuss the latest developments in the state of South Sudan and ways to stop the war between the conflicting parties to restore stability and peace in the State of the South.
