More than thirty nine thousand condominium houses have been transferred the other day to the fortunate ones who have been drawn in the lots. The long wait for this moment has finally come to an end for those who have been fortunate enough to be included in the list. Some have been waiting for this moment for more than ten years and this being the eleventh draw ten draws have passed them; and now finally they have made it.

This time the beneficiaries are in the category of the so called 'ten-ninety' and 'twenty-eighty' projects with consistent records of saving. The administration said a certain quota would be reserved to women, to teachers, and the physically challenged among others. These are laudable developments.
