Nigeria: N10 Billion Shed By 18 Stocks

Lagos — Equities trading on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) yesterday sustained negative trend as a total of N10 billion loss suffered by some 18 stocks dragged market indices down to 0.11 per cent.

According to trading statistics by the NSE, the one day loss burdened market capitalisation to close lower at N9.409 trillion and the NSE All-Share Index (ASI), sharing the same fate, shed 30.88 points to close on the red territory at 27,394.98 absolute points.
