Tanzania: Students in Turkey Change Varsities Over Safety Issues

Dar es Salaam — Some foreign students, including Tanzanians, studying in certain Turkish universities have been transferred to other institutions over security concerns.

This followed the decision by the Turkish government to close several higher learning institutions and companies in various parts of the country where security had deteriorated during and after the failed coup attempt.
