Maputo — Mozambican President Filipe Nyusi on Tuesday reiterated that it is the government's duty to protect the public from the attacks by gunmen of the rebel movement Renamo.
Speaking at a rally in the locality of Nensa, in Marromeu district, on the second day of a working visit to the central province of Sofala, Nyusi also expressed his commitment to do all in his power to bring peace to the country.
