Pretoria — President Jacob Zuma has congratulated South African Paralympic swimmer, Kevin Paul, for winning South Africa's first gold medal at the 2016 Paralympics Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Paul won the gold medal in the men's 100m breaststroke when he finished in 1:04.86 to hand Team South Africa their first medal at the Paralympics Games.
