A professor of Mathematics Education with the University of Jos, Professor Peter Ntasiri Lassa, has said that political interference in the running of education by both federal and state governments is affecting the quality of education.
Prof. Lassa, at a briefing in Abuja on the 'Sorry State of Education in Nigeria', said political differences between various tiers of governments had hampered the provision of quality education.
