Nigeria: Protesting FUNAAB Workers Storm University

Abeokuta — Hundreds of workers, under the aegis of the Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities (SSANU) of the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta (FUNAAB), Ogun state are on Monday protesting against the alleged mal-administration of the University management.

The workers, who are being monitored by Daily Trust at the Alabata main campus of the university, arrived the university gate to start the protest as early as 6.30am. All the university gates including that of the University Zoo have been blocked by designated members of the Union.
