Yola — The Chief of Army Staff, Lt. General Tukur Burutai has extolled President Muhammad Buhari's leadership capability, stating how a single presidential directive led to unprecedented victory against Boko Haram.

Presenting a speech at a conference on Peace Building and Reconstruction in Lake Chad Basin held in Yola, Burutai said the directive to relocate the Army Command and Control Centre ‎to Maiduguri was key to military success in the North East.
