Yola — The Chief of Army Staff, Lt. General Tukur Burutai has extolled President Muhammad Buhari's leadership capability, stating how a single presidential directive led to unprecedented victory against Boko Haram.
Presenting a speech at a conference on Peace Building and Reconstruction in Lake Chad Basin held in Yola, Burutai said the directive to relocate the Army Command and Control Centre to Maiduguri was key to military success in the North East.
