Zambia: Pres. Lungu Swears in Kambwili, Appoints Lubinda As Justice Minister

President Edgar Lungu has departed from the traditional appointment of a lawyer as justice minister to assigning Kabwata MP Given Lubinda with the position. Lubinda has no legal background but is considered to be one of the brightest brains in the ruling party.

The Kabwata MP was sworn in alongside Information minister Chishimba Kambwili and their Mines counterpart Christopher Yaluma.
