Maputo — Mozambican President Filipe Nyusi on Monday promised his Rwandan counterpart, Paul Kagame, that Mozambique will not allow its territory to be used for acts of destabilisation against Rwanda.
Kagame arrived in Maputo on Monday morning for a two day state visit to Mozambique, and clearly the question of extraditing those Rwandans complicit in the 1994 genocide who have taken refuge in Mozambique was high on his agenda.
