During the UCU annual public lecture held on October 19 at Sheraton Hotel, Kampala, where I was a discussant on the topic 21st century challenges to Evangelicalism; the key note speaker Dr Os Guinness argued that while Americans were disillusioned with both presidential candidates, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, Evangelicals who are majority Republicans, were most likely to vote for Trump!

Majority of the Sheraton audience and most Ugandans would find it difficult to appreciate that a man like Trump who has been profiled by CNN and other media houses to plan for the restriction of Blacks, Latinos and Muslims entering USA and for alleged groping of women, can be the choice for Evangelicals!
