Uganda: Online APP Eases Shopping Services Around Kampala

As citizens become more tech-savvy, both government and private firms have to invest a lot more in online services to meet the increased customer satisfaction, online players have said.

Speaking during last week's launch of Panya bot, an online platform that eases shopping, in Kampala, Jerome Mukunda, the business development and sales manager, said they are engaging several government entities such as Uganda Revenue Authority (URA), National Social Security Fund, among others, in a bid to boost their online service delivery.
