President Yoweri Museveni has called upon the judiciary in Uganda to broaden their perspective about the transformation of society to include development.
The President, who was speaking at the closing ceremony of the 13th Annual Conference of the East African Magistrates' (EAMJA) and Judges' Association that was held at Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort Hotel in Kampala, noted that most of the domestic cases are caused by poverty.
