Sierra Leone: Security Officer Testifies in Pcmh Child Theft Matter

Security personnel attached to the Princess Christian Maternity Hospital (PCMH), Hassan Conteh, alias Father, yesterday testified against two accused persons, Phyllis Steven and Regina Steven, who allegedly stole a one day old baby boy at Ward 4 in the facility.

While testifying before Magistrate Dr.Abou Bhakarr Binneh-Kamara of the Freetown Magistrates' Court No.1, Conteh identified the 1st accused (Phyllis Steven) as a sister attached to the hospital, adding that on 5, September, 2016, he went to take up duty at around 7:30am.
