OVER the years, Namibia has seen an increase in the number of State-Owned Enterprises from 12 at independence in 1990 to 98 today.
These were some of the issues discussed at the Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR) briefing on state-owned enterprises (SOEs) governance by the institute's researcher Maximilian Weylandt.
