Algeria is among countries that have managed to curb the spread of HIV/AIDS and is heading towards the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), said Wednesday the UNAIDS representative in Algeria, Adel Zeddam.
Speaking at a press conference, held as part of the Algerian Radio Station III's "hand in hand" initiative for the fight against AIDS, Zeddam hailed Algeria's success in curbing the spread of the dreadful disease and in achieving one of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
