Nigeria: Ondo People Spoke With a Loud Voice, Says Gov Bello

Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State has congratulated the Governor-elect of Ondo State Rotimi Akeredolu, SAN, over his victory in last Saturday's governorship election in the state, saying Ondo people spoke with loud voice.

In a statement personally signed by him on Sunday, Gov. Bello said: "Your Excellency and my dear brother, Barrister Rotimi Akeredolu, SAN, today has marked an unmistakable watershed in your life and in the lives of millions of Ondo people from Idanre to Okutipupa; Owo to Ondo; Ilaje to Akoko; and the Capital City, Akure. They (Indigenes and non-indigenes alike) have given you a mandate to change their lives, their schools and their health institutions.
