Parliament, Monday 28 November 2016 - The Standing Committee on Public Accounts (Scopa) will tomorrow hold a hearing with the South African National Roads Agency Limited (Sanral) on irregular, fruitless and wasteful expenditure.
Scopa had rescheduled and requested further information from the agency after it failed to provide all the required information, including details on who was responsible for the irregular expenditure amounting to R1.1bn at the last hearing, held on 16 November 2016.
