Kampala — Dr Kizza Besigye has described the Saturday deadly raid on King Wesley Mumbere's palace by security forces as a tactical and strategic blunder that might explode into a national problem.
Dr Besigye said the deadly invasion could have been avoided by security forces laying siege on the palace which would have forced the Rwenzururu king and his guards to yield or surrender without shedding blood.
