Algeria Determined to Reverse Spread of Aids

Minister of Health, Population and Hospital Reform Abdelmalek Boudiaf reaffirmed Thursday in Algiers the "State determination to assemble all means to reverse the spread of HIV/AIDS."

The Minister of Health said, in a speech read on his behalf by his chief of staff, Ali Arezki, on the occasion of the World AIDS Day on 1 December, that Algeria is "willing to reverse the spread of the global epidemic and to firmly embrace the ambitious target that UNAIDS has set up."
