Namibia: Chinese Remain in Custody Over Ivory, One Other Nabbed With U.S.$33 500

THE two Chinese nationals who were arrested after being found in possession of processed ivory products, on Wednesday, were denied bail in court on Friday.

Xinxi Xue (47) and Ruhe Zhang (60) made their first court appearance before magistrate Jo-Rina Jagger and were remanded in custody because of the seriousness of the crime.
