Users of public transport service, 250Taxi, have hailed the technology ushered in by the service but decry low subscription rate despite efficiency in service delivery.
Since the launch of the technology in February, the developers say the subscription to the mobile phone-enabled application has grown to around 3,500 while the monthly average rate of in-callers for taxi hovers around 400.
