Farmers rescued a nine-year-old boy after he and his family were hijacked near Harrismith, in KwaZulu-Natal, on Wednesday afternoon.
Farmers worked together after two men armed with a gun and a knife hijacked the family and drove them from Champagne Castle road to Harrismith, Mark Titout, of security company Secure SA said.
