Nairobi — State House Spokesperson Manoah Esipisu on Sunday declined to comment on a recording, allegedly of the Leader of the Majority in the National Assembly Aden Duale, advocating for the use of force against those of the Kamba community who dare register as voters in the Garissa Township which he currently represents.
Esipisu told reporters that the matter was currently before investigative authorities with Duale having filed a complaint with the Directorate of Criminal Investigations.
