Nigeria: Senate Resumes to Discuss Southern Kaduna Crisis, Others

The Senate will today resume from its three-week Christmas and New Year holiday and barring last-minute change of plan, it will attend to myriads of urgent matters of national importance, which include the protracted Southern Kaduna crisis where hundreds of lives have been lost.

LEADERSHIP recall that the Senate had earlier passed a resolution calling on relevant security agencies to wade into the wanton killings and destruction of property in the area sequel to the adoption of a motion moved by Senator Danjuma La'ah representing Kaduna South senatorial district.
