Tomato farmers in Limpopo have again suffered a major blow as crops have been damaged by moths which are threatening their harvest.
The province is a major producer of tomatoes in the country, with more than 3 590ha of crops, but production is being hampered by various factors including leaf miner fungi and bacteria caused by the insects, ongoing climate change and drought.
