South Africa: Kimberley - Two Murder Cases Opened Following Two Separate Stabbing Incidents

Police in Kimberley are investigating two separate cases of murder that occurred in Kimberley. The first incident occurred on Saturday, 11 March at about 02:30 a when a male truck driver (31) was stabbed by a driver of a VW Polo, at a Petrol Station in Kimberley. The two men allegedly had an altercation that led to the fatality. The 50-year-old male suspect was arrested.

Meanwhile on Saturday, 11 March at approximately 19:35 two male friends allegedly had an argument that also led to a stabbing. The 52-year-old male stabbed his 49-year old friend at a house in Colville, Kimberley. The victim later succumbed to his wounds and died in hospital. Anyone with information can call Detective Warrant Officer Desmond Markgraaff on 082 331 4712. The investigation continues.
