Nairobi — Police mobility in Kakuma and Dadaab refugee camps is set to improve after the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) donated 43 fully equipped security vehicles.
Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet, who received the vehicles at the CID training school in Nairobi Tuesday, said police will now be able to respond to any incident fast, in a bid to ensure the camps that host hundreds of thousands of refugees from neighboring countries remain safe and secure.
