Uganda: Police, Ssekikubo Cited in Land Dispute

Police and Lwemiyaga MP Theodore Ssekikubo have been accused of trying to interfere with a Supreme court's decision over a disputed piece of land in Sembabule.

The accuser is Cresensio Mukasa who the Supreme court declared on April 6, 2017 as the lawful owner of two square miles of land in Ntusi, Lwemiyaga. The land comprises Block 30 Plot 1, Kabagoma (641 acres) and Block 31, Plot 1 Ntyazo (623 acres).
