Nigeria: Lagos GTBank Principals Cup - Govt Senior College, Agege in Goal Feast

The quarter final matches of the GTBank sponsored Lagos Principals Cup were played Tuesday ans Wednesday at the Onikan Stadium.

On the first day of the matches, Sanya Senior Secondary School, Surulere outshone Ijaiye Community Estate Senior Grammar School, Ojokoro by 3-2 in the female category. The second match of the day saw Ikorodu Senior High School, Ikorodu dusted Lekki Community Senior High School 6-0.

In the Boys category, Ijaiye Housing Estate Snr. Grammar School, Ojokoro and Gbaja Boys Senior High School, Surulere fought to a 1-1 draw at the end of regulation time but the resultant penalty shootout saw Ijaiye Housing triumph 5-2 over their Gbaja Boys counterparts.

In the second match Muslim Senior College eliminated Estate Senior Grammar School Mushin 4-2 also via penalties.

Government Senior College, Agege girls walloped CMS Girls Senior College 8-0 to advance.
