Nigeria: Twin Bomb Blasts Rock University of Maiduguri in Nigeria, 1 Dead

At least one person was reported dead following two bomb blasts at the University of Maiduguri in northern Nigeria on Thursday night.

According to Afripost Nigeria, the first explosion went off at about 22:50 around the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.

The second one went off at mid night at a women's hostel, killing a campus security guard, a report by Bloomberg said.
