Nigeria: EFCC's Motion Stalls Ex-FCT Minister's Case

A motion filed by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) has stalled the hearing of a substantive suit of enforcement of fundamental rights filed by former minister of FCT, Bala Mohammed before an FCT High Court.

Mohammed sued the EFCC for alleged violation of his fundamental rights and prayed the court to award N100 million damages against the EFCC.
