Nigeria: Tinubu Endorses Ganduje for Second Term

Kano — The National Leader of the All Progressive Comgress, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu has endorsed the second term bid of Kano state Governor, Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje come 2019.

Tinubu made the endorsement on Sunday in Kano when he paid a condolence visit to the governor over the death of late Damnsanin Kano, Dr Yusuf Maitama Sule.

The APC's national leader said, "Your are hardworking governor and you have concern for your electorates. You have done a lot in making Kano a greater state."

He urged the people of Kano to continue to support Ganduje-led administration to boost the economy of the state.

"Kano is an important state to the economy of the country. Population is an asset and land mass is an asset. We can create more job opportunities with these. I urge you to create more job opportunities through the population and land mass of Kano," he concluded.
