The South African National Editors' Forum (Sanef) strongly condemns the harassment on Monday of a journalist by hooligans accompanying the leader of the Black First Land First (BLF) movement.

Micah Reddy of amaBhungane, an investigate journalism unit which has exposed many of the #Guptaleaks, was accosted by BLF supporters as he left a TV production set in Braamfontein, Johannesburg yesterday. The assault occurred after Reddy took part in a debate to be aired by the SABC.
