Soyo — France has announced a medium and long term plan to attract tourism and investment into northern Zaire province's Mbanza Kongo city, recently listed as Unesco's world heritage.
The announcement was made by the French ambassador to Angola, Silvain Itté, during a two-day visit to the region.
