Two Nasa legislators are being held by police for questioning over their role in organising a rally at Kamukunji grounds.

Embakasi East MP Babu Owino and his Kasarani Tom Kajwang counterpart are being grilled at Kilimani police station.

Nairobi county police commander Japheth Koome had on Thursday banned the rally saying it will interfere with the ongoing Form 4 national exams.

The legislators were later released with police saying that they were only arrested for riding on motorcycles without helmets.
