Namibia: Communities Urged to Register People With Albinism

LEADERS of the Namibia Albino Association recently completed a tour of Kavango East and West, Zambezi, Ohangwena, Oshana and Omusati regions to raise awareness about the plight of people living with albinism.

The tour that started in August was aimed at assessing issues faced by people living with albinism as well as their families and surrounding communities.Elia Frans from Endola in the Ohangwena region says he is registered for a disability grant which he does not enjoy.
