Liberia: Phil Tarver Live in Concert in Liberia

The weekend is almost here and if you are thinking about where to go, why not try the Monrovia Christian Fellowship (MCF) gospel musical extravaganza.

The three-day concert, starting on Friday and ending on Sunday will feature the renowned Pastor Phillip F. Tarver, a psalmist, songwriter, arranger and exuberant worshiper from the United States.

Songs like "Better than That," "Dance with Me," "Sweet Spirit," and "I Worship with Jesus" are expected to be performed and bring you close before God's presence, and experience his goodness, mercy and grace.

In addition, Laville Peda, Josephine Borsay and Joyce Dolo will also be there to thrill you with a contemporary gospel package of upbeat praise and worship songs.

Gospel music concerts in Liberia no doubt reveal the truest quality of musical talent in the country. And MCF has consistently led the way in producing or hosting excellent concerts by some the best vocalists and vocal ensembles in the country. One thing's for sure, that church has an anointing for the ministry of music.

The concert starts at 5:00 pm on Friday and Sunday, and on Saturday, the Worship Workshop is from 10:00 am-2:00 pm; no evening program on Saturday.

Among the perks of the weekend, those interested in learning more about leading, composing or other involvement in worship music at church or elsewhere will have a chance to learn from Pastor Tarver, who has written several hit worship songs.

Come and enjoy a great concert at the cost of US$20; VIP tickets are US$50. Organizers say the VIP tickets are not just for front row seats, but they give access to all the high-value perks of the 3-day event, including a chance to meet one-on-one with Pastor Tarver. See organizers for details.

Tickets cover the three (3) day entrance, including the worship workshop with Pastor Phil Tarver on Saturday December 2nd from 10 am-2:00 pm.
