Albanians Aminu Gwadabe is the President of Association of Bureau De Change Operators of Nigeria. He has remained outspoken and passionate about the role of his members in bringing exchange rate to convergence. In this interview with journalists, he attributes the converging rates to BDCs' compliance with rules of the current reforms.

Given the near convergence in rates, do you still see the need for continued dollar sales to BDCs?
