Angola: President Dismisses Salary Increase in Public Service

Luanda — The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, dismissed Monday the possibility in the moment, of a salary increase for the civil servants given the economic situation that the country is going through.

Speaking in a collective interview, the Head of State said that "when the economy will be a little better, it will be just to make the arrangements in the national salary, but now it would not be very advisable."
