Nigeria: U.S. Attack Aircraft - We'll Pay $494M Before February Deadline - Govt

Federal Government has concluded arrangements to meet the Feb. 20 deadline for payment of 494 million dollars meant for procurement of 12 A-29 Super Tucano Light-attack aircraft from U.S., Minister of Defence, Mansur Dan-Ali, said.

The minister made this known while briefing State House correspondents after the meeting of National Security Council, presided over by President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, on Thursday.
