The South African Communist Party (SACP) has called on President Jacob Zuma to deny or confirm "credible" information that he plans to fire Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa.
Zuma should also confirm or deny information that he was planning to replace Ramaphosa with former African Union Commission chair Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, the party said in a statement issued on Tuesday.
