Zimbabwe: Chitungwiza to Demolish Illegal Structures

Chitungwiza Town Council is planning to demolish more than 100 illegally built residential properties next week as part of efforts to restore order in the town, where irregular structures have compromised service delivery, The Financial Gazette learnt this week.

The municipality said in an announcement that illegal properties built in St Mary's, Unit B, L, A and Zengeza 1,3 and 4 would be demolished.
