Nigeria: Iyanya Confirms Exit From Mavin Records

It is no longer news that in 2016, Iyanya signed a record deal with Mavin Records after he parted ways with Made Men Music Group which he co-owned with Ubi Franklin, leading fans to anticipate a wave of new music.

But what seems to be news is that one year after he joined Mavin records label, the relationship has been cut-off as the Kukere singer, after months of denial announced his departure from Mavin Records in an interview with BEAT FM.

'I'm a Mavin for life but I'm now signed to Temple Music,' he said.

Recall that since he joined Mavin Records, Iyanya has successfully released the Signature EP; an eight-track EP which made very little impact and he has also embarked on a European tour that ended in October.
