Angola: Forty-Nine Houses Destroyed By Rain

Heavy rains creating havoc, many homeless.

Ndalatando — At least 49 houses were destroyed by heavy rain that battered Samba Caju and Lucala municipalities, in the northern Cuanza Norte province, announced the provincial command of Civil Protection and Firefighters Service.

According to a press note from this institution that reached Angop on Wednesday, in Ndalatando city, the rain also left 246 people homeless and one wounded.
