Following the state of emergency declared by the Bayelsa State government in the education sector, the Commissioner for Education, Mr. Jonathan Obuebite shared with Emmanuel Addeh some of the successes recorded in the sector so far; the benefits of the Education Development Trust Fund, among other issues.
